Terms of use.

These terms govern your use of theprodvault.com ("the site") and anything you buy through it. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site (16 in the EU). If you create a Studio account or make a purchase, you confirm you have the legal capacity to do so where you live.

What you get

Files you download (MIDI, presets, drum patterns) are licensed to you under our license — royalty-free for commercial productions, no redistribution of the raw files. The license travels with the file even if these terms change.

Studio subscription

• The Studio plan is billed monthly in advance at the price shown on the subscribe page. Billing is handled by Polar.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month using the payment method on file until you cancel. The renewal charge appears on the same day of the month as your original purchase (or the closest available date).
• Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. We don't pro-rate partial months — see the refund policy for the full picture.
• Price changes. We may change the subscription price for future renewals with at least 30 days' email notice. You can cancel before the change takes effect.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password and email access secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, attempt fraud, or abuse the service.

Acceptable use

Don't do any of the following: redistribute, resell, or sublicense downloaded files (see the license); reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the site beyond ordinary browsing; use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content; use packs to train generative ML models for resale; bypass paywalls or the download-token system; attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, copy, brand, generated artwork, and underlying generators are owned by the operator. Your license to downloaded files is described in the license. Nothing else on the site is licensed to you beyond what's needed to use it as a visitor or subscriber.

Disclaimers

The service and all files are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site is uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific pack will meet your creative needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD 50. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the operator against any claim arising from your use of the site or downloaded files in breach of these terms or the license.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features, packs, or pricing at any time. We may also change these terms; material changes are reflected here with a new "last updated" date and, for active subscribers, by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Termination

You can stop using the site at any time and cancel any active subscription from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms; sections that by their nature survive termination (license restrictions, IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and the operator agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
