My download link isn't working.
Two paths get you a fresh link: (a) for the latest free drop, re-enter your email on the drops page and the same download URL gets re-issued. (b) for archive packs on a sub, head to /studio/projects and click download on the pack — auth is per-session, so signing in again refreshes any expired link.
How do I set up MCP for Claude?
After subscribing, go to /studio and the Connected apps card has the snippet for Claude Desktop and the one-liner for Claude Code (claude mcp add --transport http theprodvault https://theprodvault.com/api/mcp). On first connect the browser opens to authorize — pick approve, no token to copy. Headless / CI use the API key card below it.
What does the $5/mo subscription actually include?
5 fresh bakes per month (chord, drum, or MPC packs from your prompt), the full archive of past free weekly drops, and the MCP server for Claude. Out of monthly bakes? buy more credits — $5 → 10, $20 → 50. Paid credits never expire. Cancel any time from your billing portal.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel at any time. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months but anything baked or downloaded stays yours. Email support@theprodvault.com for a refund within 14 days of signup if you didn't get any value out of it — see our refund policy.
Are the packs really royalty-free?
Yes. Every file is yours to use in commercial releases without further licensing. Full terms in the license.
I'm getting a credit error in Claude.
The MCP bake_pack tool returns a structured NO_CREDITS error with a top-up URL when both your monthly + paid buckets are empty. Click through to top up, then retry the bake. If you think the count is wrong, check /studio — the credit pill in the top-right is the source of truth.
