Refunds, in plain English.
One-time pack purchases
Digital files can't be unsent once downloaded, but if a pack you bought doesn't do what it says on the tin, we refund in full within 14 days of purchase. Email hi@theprodvault.com with your order ID and a sentence about what didn't work.
After 14 days, refunds are case-by-case. If a file in a pack you bought is broken, report it any time and we'll fix it and re-send the pack at no charge.
Studio subscription
- You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid month.
- We don't refund partial months once a renewal has been charged — cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- If the service has a major outage or a feature you paid for is unavailable for an extended period, email us and we'll refund or credit on a case-by-case basis.
- Accidental double-charge or a renewal you didn't notice within 48 hours? Email us — we refund those.
EU / UK consumers
Under EU and UK consumer law you normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital purchases. By starting a download or activating a Studio subscription you agree that performance begins immediately and acknowledge that this right is waived for the parts already delivered. The voluntary 14-day refund above still applies.
How long it takes
Refunds are processed via Polar back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
