Digital goods by their nature can't be returned once downloaded, but if the pack you bought doesn't do what it says on the tin, we refund in full within 14 days of purchase. Email the support address with your order ID and a sentence about what didn't work.

After 14 days, case-by-case. If a file in a pack you bought is broken, report it any time and we'll fix it plus re-send the pack.
